THE BRAINS BEHIND MAGIC STRUCTURES
Mr. Chandrashekhar H. More, our Founder Director, has been always been fervent when it comes to do something innovative and for the benefit of our society. He has been in the built environment industry since past 30 years, starting his initial career with fabrication of Industrial Sheds and later turned to Glass and Aluminium Architectural Products. His knowledge and determination towards his work bagged him various projects across Pune city. Vertical sliding windows and use of Stainless-Steel Insect screen shutters were first time introduced in the market, through Constro in 1991, by him.He studied Mechanical Engineering at Dayananda Sagar Institue of Technology, Bangalore after which he immediately began with gaining practical knowledge. He laid the foundation of Unicorn Industries a fabrication company and down the line he initiated MGW, Pune that successfully carried out glass and aluminum works. With this background and his experience from construction industry, he soon realized the need of the hour and scope of prefab industry in India. His passion towards innovation lead him to establish More Modular Homes Pvt Ltd. in Pune, in 2009, with an ambition to change the face of construction industry and bring in new technologies and concepts of prefabrication that would benefit humanity and create harmony with nature. Constantly doing research and development in designing products and techniques that solve day to day issues through prefabricated products, he believes and preaches that “Innovation has no limits”.
Rutuja, an architect by profession looks after the design department in Magic Structures.
She is a Licensed Architect who has earned a master’s degree in design from University of Nottingham, Nottingham, England and did her bachelors from BNCA, Pune. She looks after all the aspects of design development of prefabricated products and projects.
Her approach towards design adds an aesthetical factor to the engineering-based product development. She believes that Prefabrication design is a lot different than conventional designing in terms of incorporating the technical parameters of the materials and technology used and giving them an architectural touch to make a product or a project functional, user friendly and aesthetically appealing and is therefore much more interesting.
Rakshit, a mechanical engineer, is involved in the manufacturing operational processes in Magic Structures.
He holds a master’s degree of Engineering Management in Northeastern University, Boston, USA. He completed his former engineering studies from MIT Pune and Sinhagad Institutes, Pune. With utmost humbleness, he handles the firm’s management and manufacturing process. He tries to introduce new technologies and uplift the product’s face with automation and robotics keeping Magic Structure’s work up to date. Balancing theoretical knowledge of engineering with the practical ones have been always on the top of his to-do list.His approach towards work always proves to be practical and well thought of. He believes in providing upgraded services and products and achieving excellent quality standard in our work.
